These Terms of Service govern your use of supre.online ("Supre", "the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Supre is a web-based tool that generates optimized style prompts for use with Suno AI. The Service uses an AI language model (Anthropic Claude) to produce these prompts based on parameters you provide. Supre is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Suno AI.
Unregistered users may generate up to 2 prompts per day at no cost. This limit is enforced by IP address. The free tier is provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Paid plans provide a fixed number of prompt generation credits. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits do not expire. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. All prices are in EUR and inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side, the credit used for that generation is automatically restored to your balance.
Credits are associated with a session ID stored in your browser. You are responsible for safeguarding your session ID. If you lose your session ID and did not save it via email, we may not be able to recover your remaining credits. We recommend saving your session ID when prompted.

The prompts generated by Supre are provided for your use. You are free to use them with Suno AI or any other compatible service. We do not claim ownership over the prompts generated for you. The commercial use of music generated by Suno AI is subject to Suno's own terms of service, which you should review independently.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the generated prompts will produce specific results in Suno AI. AI outputs are inherently variable. We are not liable for any dissatisfaction with the prompts generated or the music produced using them.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Supre's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
